TaukehLah takes your privacy seriously. The app is offline by design — all your business data (items, prices, orders, reports) stays only on your own phone and is never uploaded to our servers or any third party. Not even we can see or retrieve it.
What personal data we collect
Only what you give us when you contact us: your shop/stall name, phone/WhatsApp number, area, and whatever you tell us in conversation. The app itself does not collect or upload your business data to our servers.
How we use it
Only to contact you, arrange your on-site demo and installation, and provide follow-up service and support. We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
Website analytics
This website may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) only to gauge overall traffic, without identifying you personally.
Retention & security
We keep your contact details only as long as needed to serve you, and take reasonable measures to protect them. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and may withdraw consent at any time. Just reach us via WhatsApp below.
