Licence
Upon purchase and activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TaukehLah on the agreed device. Intellectual property in the software remains ours.
Restrictions
You may not decompile, crack, resell the software, or share the activation licence key with third parties.
Service & support
On-site installation, menu setup, training, and updates and support are provided per the agreed plan.
Data & backup
Your data lives on your device and backups are your responsibility. We assist with common issues but are not liable for data loss from device damage, loss, or misuse.
Trial & refund
This product does not include a trial or refund by default; any such arrangement is subject to separate written agreement between the parties at the time of purchase.
Liability & governing law
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
